Usage Fee

A Usage Fee is incurred as sales are generated and is based on the sale price, not the value.  Applies to all generated fundraising.

Recover Cost Options

Choose the option to apply a fee of 0-10% and let supporters help you recover costs associated with the fundraiser, including software and Stripe.


There are no limits on number of auction items or participants.  There are some high volume limits on email and text message sends.

Payment Processing

Credit cards are processed through your own Stripe account, the industry standard for online payments.  Other companies may hold funds for 30-60+ days. With Stripe, you will automatically receive payouts to your bank account every 2 business days.  Stripe’s standard fee is 2.9% + .30 a transaction; however, they may offer discounted rates as low as 2.2% + .30 per transaction for qualified nonprofits.
